LOOKING TO BOOK AN EVENT AT THE BROWN PELICAN?

Send an email to brownpelicanfamily@gmail.com and/or contact us at (252) 349-0086 and include the following information:

1. Have you played in New Bern, NC before? If so, where?

2. Do you have any video links of your live performances?

3. What dates are you looking to gig?

4. Are you able to provide posters/flyers at least 30 days prior to when you want to perform?

5. Information needed includes your band/artist name, short bio of yourself, band/artist photos, genres that describe the music, similar artists to your music, and ALL social media links in relation to you.   

6. We will create the Facebook event for our show with you. When we build the event, we will make all band pages admins for the event. Please add this to your band’s Facebook page so we are all working on the same event page. Push the promotional content on social media as much as possible. Weekly post in Facebook, Instagram, and/or whatever platforms you can about the show. All band members send invites to the FB event, TALK TO US AND TAG US ON SOCIAL MEDIA

In the event you want to use your own equipment, please inform the bar so that we can make accommodations to better assist you. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any items that are left behind at the bar in the event the artist/band has left and did not obtain all of their items.
